We are looking for Chefs de partie for ours Michelin star signed restaurants. Main tasks: Coordinate kitchen section under your responsibility. Coordinate the work of the personnel in charge, distributing it according to the volume of work. Give support, monitoring and implementation to the demands of the Head Chef. Prepare dishes of your departure and review finish and presentation. Supervise that the kitchen area destined for your departure is in perfect conditions of hygiene and order, as well as the perfect state of tools and facilities. Collaborate in the training of the staff in charge. Participate in the control of supplies, conservation and storage of goods. Experience in a fine dining restaurant. Salaty to be negotiated.
