| Descripción del anuncio | Startup is hiring a Project Manager for its office in Seville, with a previous experience of at least 36 months in similar position. -Previous experience required, in a start up is a plus -English and Spanish mandatory. Italian, french a plus. -A go-getter with a proactive approach -Strong research skills with the ability to identify and synthesize information -Ability to multi-task, balance competing priorities and work independently -Thrive working within a fast-paced and flexible startup environment -A good digital and tourism industry understanding would be preferred -Entrepreneurial spirit with willingness to share ideas and think out of the box -An understanding of change management, scalability challenges, business improvement. -Strong problem solving and analytical skills in order to understand and isolate the issue at hand before resolving or escalating them. -A keen learner with a passion for solving ever-increasingly complex issues. -Strong communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds in both, oral and written forms -Thriving under pressure, self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time. -Proven ability to multitask across numerous projects at once; -History of working across different departments and driving projects to successful completion; -Ability to create project plans and manage all aspects of execution; -Prior experience managing digital or mobile projects; Preferred Qualifications: -Experience building features using agile software development preferred. -Experience in tech startup (alternatively, strong willingness to work in a leading and very fast-paced tech startup). -Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap. -Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly, customer-facing features. -Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with strong bias towards data-informed decision making. -Technically fluent; comfort understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule trade-offs and new opportunities with technical team members.
