| Descripción del anuncio | The Health and Safety Coordinator (H&SC) will act as the Project Director’s representative, ensuring that all activities on site are conducted in accordance with HSE regulations for construction projects. Raising awareness to H&S is very important for a coordinator's work. The coordinator will contribute to create the right attitudes from the start, by meetings with the contractors and the project management. The work of the coordinator will be open and inclusive so that the individual is heard and can give their input. Development of internal procedures and governing documents in agreement with the official requirements are needed, and will serve as a guideline for the day-to-day work on site. An illustration of the responsibilities of the H&SC and the EC are given in the figure below: Speccific responsabilities • Attend and report H&S status in weekly project meetings • Submission of monthly reports on H&S status • Regular inspections on site during the construction period • Follow up risk factors in the Project’s H&S plan and revise the plan if needed • Report and follow-up of unwanted incidents according to the H&S Plan • Ensure that the Contractors follows the H&S-plan • Ensure that coordination of work that may affect each other with respect to H&S is carried out • Assess the project time schedule to ensure that there is adequate time for execution of the various operations with respect to H&S • Ensure that preventive measures are carried out by the contractors • Ensure that personnel lists are used over those working on site • Participate in kick-off meetings for the turnkey-contracts • Participate in occasional construction meetings for the turnkey-contracts, especially when critical operations to H&S are performed. • Participate during inspections from NVE • Ensure that H&S is always one of the issues at the meetings and that specific H&S-issues are addressed if necessary Contract duration: 16 months. The idea is to start construction in April / May and will last 16 months from the start date Location: Norway Estimated Hours: Monday to Friday Certification and expected experience : A technician or higher degree in occupational risk prevention in Norway and experience of at least 1 wind project and failing in renewable energy in Norway, must have experience in regulation of H & S Norway , it is essential to speak Norwegian and English |
